Due to us barely knowing how to work Shopify & ship everything to begin with, we do not support returns. All sales final. This also makes sense because our products are edible or they are products kids typically use. No one wants used books & stuffed animals once they end up at someone’s house already. There’s no telling if a dog has rubbed or licked a plush or if a kid scribbled on one of the pages of the book. This policy is a protection that helps make sure that customers will be getting their products right out the warehouse boxes! :)
