Just because majority of products are food products, items are non-refundable.

While it is an original mix, custom compiled by yours truly, it is actually produced & packaged in a commercial kitchen (which I am super excited ab because I grew up with ocd, to the point that I avoided eating food at friend's houses who had animals or honestly eating anything from friends at school, not knowing how sanitary things were when they put their snacks together).

We buy bulks of it from the producer, & it goes straight from the palette, into the boxes, & then to you!

Hoping if all goes smooth with the launch here, eventually we plan to have it in stores globally & may retire the site.
